The Executive Management Committee drives transformation
With a General Management Committee (GMC), the management team is resolutely committed to driving the Group's transformation, rolling out its strategic plan and embodying its mission statement.
The CODG meets twice a month to analyse and assess the performance of the company's activities. It also plays an active role in the Group's commitment by each carrying an objective from the commitment framework.
Lionel Christolomme, Chairman of the Management Board
Lionel Christolomme began his career in France with the Bouygues Group in 1991.
In 1998, he joined Bouygues' subsidiary in Singapore, where he became Managing Director before continuing his career in the UK in 2005. He was appointed Managing Director of Bouygues UK in January 2016. In September 2018, he joined the Léon Grosse Group, where he has been Chairman of the Executive Board since December 2018. Very active in several professional bodies, his actions aim to give the construction industry a higher profile, in particular by putting CSR as a vector for overall performance.

Olivier Crillon, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Executive Board
Olivier Crillon joined the construction industry in 1995.
He began his career with Bouygues Construction, where he spent 23 years in finance, strategy, business development and operations monitoring, mainly outside France. He joined the Léon Grosse Management Board at the end of 2018, becoming its Chief Executive Officer in 2019. He is also heavily involved as a sponsor of Léon Grosse's CSR objective of increasing the number of women in management.

Bruno Alléard, Executive Vice-President
Bruno Alléard joined the Léon Grosse Group in 1990 as Director of the Normandy branch.
In 1996, he became Regional Director of the Paris renovation entities. In 2013, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Léon Grosse, in charge of major projects and activities in Ile-de-France and Overseas. He is heavily involved in the organisation and development of large-scale projects, as well as the environmental impact of Léon Grosse's commercial offerings.

Jean-Stéphane Didier, Executive Vice-President
Jean-Stéphane Didier has spent most of his career with major groups, first in public works, then in construction, in France and the UK for 8 years.
In 2016, he joined Léon Grosse as Deputy Managing Director for Sales and Property. In 2018, he took over responsibility for construction in the Regions, and from 2022 for QSE. He is actively involved in implementing Léon Grosse's digital and data strategy. He is also a director of EGF-BTP and General Secretary of the ETI Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes club.

Olivier Delamarre, Director of Strategy, Development, Marketing & CSR
Olivier Delamarre has spent most of his career with the Renault group, holding successive positions in product development, international strategy, sales and programme management.
He took over as Renault's Head of Business Development in 2016. His international career has enabled him to spend 3 years in Japan and 3 years in Singapore. In 2019, he joined Léon Grosse as the Group's Director of Strategy and Business Development. His role consists of supporting Léon Grosse in its response to the sector's new environmental, technological and industrial challenges, in particular by identifying and developing areas for diversification, which will underpin the Group's profitable growth.

Laëtitia Bally, Director of Human Resources
Laëtitia Bally began her career as a lawyer, before moving on to become head of social affairs at Spie Batignolles.
After working as a Human Resources Manager in the logistics sector (STEF), she returned to Spie Batignolles, where she gained solid experience of the entire HR function, first as Human Resources Director of Spie Batignolles Energie, and then Spie Batignolles Construction IDF. In March 2022, she was appointed Director of Human Resources for the Léon Grosse Group. Her role consits of structuring the Human Resources Department to support the company's growth and meet the many HR challenges it faces, including, first and foremost, recruitment, training and retention.
