A new chapter of commitment

"The year 2024 marks the end of a first cycle of objectives (2021–2024), highlighted by significant achievements on our key commitments: 70% of our offers with a reduced environmental impact, 20% of managerial roles held by women, and 22% of permanent site worker hires coming from social integration programs over the entire period.

The new 2030 objectives build on this momentum and reaffirm Léon Grosse’s sincere and concrete commitment to both social and environmental issues."
