Description
Coordination and management of all trades (including ground reinforcement, external works, cladding, roofing, and technical trades – excluding process) under the responsibility of SNEP.
On a 50,000 m² plot:
- In 2019: construction of the initial 12,000 m² building (including 800 m² of office space)
- In 2022: construction of a 5,000 m² extension
Technical and usage specifications
- Ground reinforcement using rigid inclusions beneath the entire building, with a slab designed to withstand a load of 3,500 kg/m²
- Prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete structure, 13 meters in height
- Mixed structure with concrete columns and 27-meter glued laminated timber beams in storage areas
- Building classified as an ICPE (Installation Classified for Environmental Protection)
