Description
Public Energy Performance Contract - CRAEM for the construction of a new school facility with a capacity of 1,800 students.
Accommodating general, technological, and vocational streams, the project includes:
- Reception and administration areas
- Teaching facilities: classrooms and spaces for general, technological, and vocational education
- School life facilities: student common room, library (CDI), infirmary, etc.
- A collective dining area serving up to 1,300 meals per service and a cafeteria
- 8 on-site staff housing units

- E3 and C1 levels of the “E+C-” label
- RT2012: -20% energy consumption
- 20 kWh/m²/year of renewable energy (wood boiler + photovoltaics)
- Pilot project with Certivea: Osmoz – Educational Building, Local timber sector, and Bois des Alpes label
