Description
Design-build project for the energy renovation of the Nanterre Judicial Court (92), as part of the France Relance recovery plan.
The building is part of the Nanterre Administrative Complex, designed by A. Wogenscky and delivered in 1973. Its architectural identity is protected and must be strictly preserved.
It includes 6 above-ground levels with a total gross floor area (SHON) of 20,000 m².
The building features 4 mainly glazed façades, with an interior courtyard starting from the 2nd floor and expanding into an indoor garden on the 3rd floor.
Energy Performance Objectives:
- 57% reduction in final energy consumption compared to the existing building
- 66% reduction in conventional energy consumption
